image).Theinformationisretrievedfromvariousbookdatabase
sitesontheinternet(liketheAmazon,Powell'sandBarnes&
Noblesbookcatalogs,theLibraryofCongresbookdatabaseand12
othernationallibrarydatabases).

Viewandsearchthebookdatabase
Onceyouhaveaddedanumberofbookstotheinventory,youcan
viewitinthemainscreen.Itispossibletoshowasimplelist
ofallbooks,butyoucanalsoorganizeyourlibrarybyauthor,
publisherorgenre,etc..usingtheautomaticfolderfeature.All
listscanbesortedinstantly,justbyclickingthecolumn
headersorbyusingtheSortOrderscreen.Youcansortonany
field,e.g.alphabeticallyontitleorauthor,orsortedon
releasedateorpurchasedate.UsetheQuickSearchfeatureto
findallbooksthatcontainthewordyoutype,orusethe
AdvancedFiltercommandtosearchinspecificfields,even
multiplefieldsatonce.
