DriveSnapShot一款磁碟鏡像工具，可以將磁碟中的所有數據備份到一個鏡像文件中，以備
系統故障時恢復。用戶可以方便安全的備份、恢復和察看硬碟數據。使用了WindowsNT驅動器
技術，支援WindowsNT/2000/XP/2003/PE平台,SnapShot為帶來了兩項新的磁碟映像功能：
1.SnapshotBackup——在windows運行時建立磁碟鏡像
2.SnapshotView——以友好的方式瀏覽保存的磁碟鏡像

driveoranyremovabledrive.And-mostimportant-
theimagewillbeanindustrialqualityimage,even
thoughWinNTconstantlywritestothedisk.Theuser
maycontinuetoworknormally,whileabackup
operationisinprogress;theimagewillstillbe
validandconsistent.Thisenablesoneofthemost
importantthingsinbackupbusiness:backupoften.
Itisevenpossibletomakeanimagebackupfor
servers,thatmustbeonline24hoursaday.

SnapshotBackup-Mainuse.SnapshotBackupisaimed
atthebackup/disasterrecoverymarket.Thereis
littleuseforontheflydiskimagecreation,if
youwanttodeployhundredsorthousandsof
workstations.Wethinkhowever,thatthepossibility
todoontheflybackupisveryimportantforthe
endusertoregularlyprotecthisdata.Atleast,
thiswasourreasontocreateSnapshot.Noneedto
shutdownandbootfromfloppy,noneedtocreate
networkdisks,andnoneedtowaithalfanhourfor
thebackupprocess-wethinkthat'snice.

2.SnapshotView-Exploresaveddiskimagesthe
friendlyway.Theimagefileispresentedtothe
userasavirtualdrive.Thisvirtualdrivecanbe
usedlikeanyotherdrive,usinganyWindows
program,beitExplorer,NortonCommander,oryour
favouriteMP3Player.

easyandpowerfulmethodtoexplorediskimages.
Thistechniquecouldbeeasilyadaptedtodisk
imagescreatedbyotherdiskimagingprograms.
