asetofactionsandparametersspecifiedforit.

Thebuildagentmustmeetthebuildsconfiguration's
requirements:ifthereisafreebuildagentthat
meetsthebuildconfigurationrequirements,the
buildisstarted.Otherwise,thebuildisputinto
thequeueandisprocessedwhenacompatiblebuild
agentbecomesfree.
