HooWinTail是一款Windows下的文件查看程式，有點類似Unix的tail-f，可以查看不斷
增大的文件尾部。它非常適合於在文件生成的同時實時查看諸如應用程式運行記錄或者
伺服器日誌之類的文件。它可以查看一個巨大的文件的最後的部分而不需要載入整個文件。
它是一個文件查看器，以只讀方式打開文件，不會改動打開的文件。當有其它程式向該文
件寫入新行時，HooWinTail會讀取新行並顯示出來。它可以讀取並顯示任何文本文件，不
支援.doc文件、.xls文件，或者其它特別文件。HooWinTail也可以捕捉並顯示
OutputDebugString（WindowsDebugAPI）和TRACE（MSVisualC++調試函數）輸出。
